  • '68 DODGE Charger (Revell 1/25)
  • Box of the kit.
  • Opened the box. Injected color is white.
  • Body and chassis are good shape.
  • But.. side markers are too bad. '68 has circle marker but not square.
  • Square marker is piled up by the putty.
  • Large rims are adopted instead of original rims.
  • Check the matching of large rims.
  • Large rims be able to see brake rotor and caliper, so make them.
  • Paint the brake rotor and caliper.
  • I decided to change to the vinyl top. So add the molding.
  • Make the vinyl top.
  • Pasting of vinyl top is finished.
  • Original is high raised racing Hemi hood.
  • Cut and make the street air scoop.
  • Apply gray primer to engine parts.
  • Paint the engine parts with appropriate color. Engine block is Hemi orange.
  • 426 Hemi with chrome headers.
  • Paint the under body parts with appropriate color.
  • Paint the instrument panel like the fake wood.
  • Paint the interior parts. Interior color is black.
  • Assemble the interior tub.
  • Apply the semi-gloss black to vinyl top and the red to basement of bumble bee tail stripes.
  • Apply the black to the body.
  • Now, ready to final assemble.
